The Links Treats Park Elementary Students to ‘Dreams’
- May 15, 2009
In late April, fifth graders from Park Elementary School were treated to a showing of the play “Dreams” by the LaCapitale Chapter of The Links Inc. It was a production directed by actress Debbie Allen at the Baton Rouge Community College. Other elementary schools in the district also took part in the program.
“The play captured the students’ attention and broadened their minds about how they can pursue their dreams in life – how they can be and do anything their heart desires,” said Doris Dawson of The Links, LaCapitale Chapter.
