H1N1

H1N1 Swine Flu Prevention

The East Baton Rouge Parish School System is working closely with national, state and local health agencies to monitor and communicate aggressively the very real threat swine flu poses in our schools

Because some students in some of our schools have sporadic but confirmed cases of flu (presumed cases of swine flu) at this time, the district staff is on high alert to keep schools extra clean, have children take sanitary precautions and monitor the schools’ absenteeism district wide.  Information will be updated in a timely manner to keep parents and the community apprised of any changes in the situation
